Susan Long-Molnar is an industry leading consultant, strategist, trainer, and presenter in communications, marketing, and public relations. After more than a decadae in corporate communications management for regional operations of Sentara, Cox Communications, and USAA, she founded Managing Communications in 2002. She has served clients across Virginia in growing their company footprint and has presented or conducted training regionally and nationally for a wide-range of industry associations. She currently serves multiple volunteer positions at the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce including Vice Chair of Eduation/Workforce Development and Regional Executive Board and Executive Committee Member.

Registration Policy
Payment is accepted online, at the door, or mailed in advance to:

Service Charge
If payment is not received by the start of the program, parties will be invoiced for payment of registration fee plus a $10.00 service charge to cover billing and processing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made in writing up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are responsible for the full cost of registration. No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance who registered using the “pay at the door” feature are responsible for the full cost of registration plus a $10 service charge and will be billed accordingly.
