As VHB's Regional Real Estate Director for the Mid-Atlantic, Ken works with an exceptional team of engineers, surveyors, planners and landscape architects across the region and company to deliver value to our clients and help shape our communities in a meaningful way.

Over the past three decades, Ken has collaborated with clients across the Mid-Atlantic in the development of retail destinations, corporate campuses, research and development facilities, residential developments, and the expansion of health care campuses.

Ken is active supporter in the community and a strong advocate for local businesses. For the past 5 years, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) and is the President-Elect for 2018. Ken is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), VA Maritime Association (VMA), City of VA Beach Board of Building Code Appeals (since 2000), and the Virginia Vision Board.

Payment is accepted online, at the door, or mailed in advance to:

Service Charge
If payment is not received by the start of the program, parties will be invoiced for payment of registration fee plus a $10.00 service charge to cover billing and processing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made in writing up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are responsible for the full cost of registration. No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance who registered using the “pay at the door” feature are responsible for the full cost of registration plus a $10 service charge and will be billed accordingly.
