Have you ever struggled to communicate effectively with your co-workers and/or firm management due to the generation gap that exists in the workplace?   This program will help to bridge that divide by helping you to understand behaviors, motivators, and communication preferences of the four generations in the workplace, and be introduced to the newest generation, the Homelanders.  Specific data will be provided as to the percentages of each of these generations in our A/E/C industry.
